"Beds weren’t comfortable but over all a good stay"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my laptop in the room after checkout and didn’t realize it. They called to let me know and I was able to go back to get it. I’m so glad they called me!"

"Room seemed clean, but beds were too firm, hard in fact. Woke with back ache. Hallways were very dirty giving guests a sense of general neglect and questioning whether rooms were really well-tended. Breakfast options were alright."

"We booked a double room with two queens and the pictures make it seem like there are two rooms (like a suite) but when we checked in, we just got two queens in one room. I went to ask about this and they upgraded us for free (even though it was not their fault… this apparently happens a lot with hotels.com and expedia). He said they often can’t do the upgrade because the suites aren’t available. But they were very nice and helpful. Only complaint is there were crumbs and stains in the pull out bed, so they clearly don’t clean those sheets."

"It is easy to miss this diamond in the rough as it no longer a chain hotel but it is still a delightful overnight location where we felt safe near Butte."

"The room was quite nice, clean and new looking, with very nice decor. The air conditioner noise bothered me, but not the others. Worked nicely for an overnight stay!"
