In a small residence, this 2-room apartment with a capacity of 4 people, with an area of approximately 28m² on the 1st floor without elevator with a balcony. The apartment includes: an entrance serving a living room / lounge (with a 140x190 sofa bed and a TV) opening onto a balcony with a nice little sea and marina view, a kitchen area (with a refrigerator, 2 hotplates, a mini oven, a microwave oven), a bedroom (with a 140x190 bed and a cupboard / wardrobe), a bathroom with WC. A private parking space in the residence. Pets are accepted in this rental. Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).

Résidence calme Séjour agréable dommage que le temps ne soit pas top Nous etions 2 dans l"appartement qui est donné aussi pour 4 personnes mais je pense qu'à 4 c'est trop juste
