In a luxury residence, with swimming pool, 4-room duplex apartment, with a capacity of 6 people, with an area of approximately 78m² with a small private garden facing north with a view of the estuary of the Dives. The apartment includes: a living room/lounge (TV and Internet access) opening onto a terrace and a private garden, a semi-open kitchen (with a dishwasher, 4 hotplates, a traditional oven, a microwave oven and a a fridge with freezer), a bedroom (160x200 bed) overlooking the garden, a bathroom (shower), separate WC; upstairs: a landing room, a second bedroom (2 twin beds 80x200), a bathroom (shower) with WC and a third bedroom on the mezzanine (160x200 bed and TV). A parking space in the basement. Pets are accepted in this rental.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 70E, sheet kit (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (let us know a few days before arrival), cot (25E/ week).

Filthy, dated property (location and view lovely)

Horrific to say the least! The property is extremely dated and hadn’t been cleaned or looked after for what appeared to be years. The location, view and area was lovely but unfortunately the state of the property ruined our holiday; we only stayed to avoid disappointing the kids! It may just about have been acceptable if we’d hired the place for a rock bottom price, or been allowed to stay for free by a family member. Vrbo should not be allowed to list a property like this (at least not without making it clear how poor the standard is). We stayed at another property last year for a similar price and had an amazing holiday, it was a shame that this year wasn’t the same. I’m usually quite relaxed about these things, but on this occasion even I’ve been pushed beyond my threshold.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette appartement bien situé dans une résidence calme avec piscine.Seul bémol,la propreté.Des moquettes tachées et viellottes dans les chambres, de la poussière sur les meubles et des toiles d'araignée dans les coins de chaque pièces,c'est un peu dommage.

La propriété est superbe et très bien située, l'agencement des accès extérieurs et la sécurité sont irréprochables. L'appartement est très bien conçu. La propreté était par contre très moyenne.
