"Lovely property"

"This was a lovely and modernized hotel with surprisingly spacious rooms. It is about a $16 dollar Uber/Taxi ride (in 2026) to downtown or about a 45 min walk to downtown. Near the park and the Szechini Baths (about 15 mins walk) and close to stores, train stations, and amenities. Staff are friendly and front desk staff speak solid English. Each room is air conditioned and has its own mini-fridge. The only minor complaint I would have is that the fridges do not get very cool but I am aware...

"2 problems as soon as I checked in. First cleanliness. Room was beautiful, I walked in to look at the bathroom and saw hair in the tub. Then I go to look at the bed a see a spider crawling on the headboard. The spider I can forgive, the hair is unacceptable. Second issue. A/C didn't work. Call maintenance, guy takes a look, resets system, nothing. Tells me he can get me a fan if I want otherwise there's nothing he can do. Did not sleep because of the heat. Best part of my stay was leaving that...

"Logement très bien situé, à 15 minutes à pied d'à peu près tout. A 2min à pied des transports en commun, avec un petit restaurant très sympa juste devant la porte au cas où. Le logement est propre et très convenable pour un séjour plus ou moins long. L'hôte est très gentil et poli par message. 2 petits soucis: - En communiquant avec l'hôte, il nous a demandé notre horaire d'arrivée. Nous pensions que c'était pour que le logement soit prêt à notre arrivée, mais en fait pas du tout car...
