"Beautiful hotel and helpful and professional staff. My two concerns were the fact that we had no hot water when we got back to our room the night before we had to wake up at 3am for our flight. So at 10pm we called the front desk to fix it. About 30 minutes later a maintenence man came to fix it and said we should have hot water in 30 minutes. Needless to say, an hour later there was still no hot water. Even at 3am, there was still not hot water. Also the outlets were loose, so our phone chargers would not stay plugged in, so we had to use items to prop up our chargers in order to get a full charge. For a higher end hotel, I would not expect to have these headaches."
