"We had spend 5 nights in the 3bedroom apartment on 5th floor. The apartment was very spacious, we loved each of us had our own bathroom & bedroom, do bring you own amenity there’s nothing much besides the basic things. Interior it’s very basic minimal style need some upkeep. Poonsa staff was very friendly & helpful , we had to travel out of town they kept our luggage for us until returned, which make it convenient. They surrendered area is very convenient for many things. "

"It was a great hotel in a great location in the center of ho Chi Minh City, It was my first time visiting the city and wanted to stay somewhere central so that i could walk everywhere and this hotel was perfect, Its near the cathedral, war museum, and so many other things. The hotel staff was wonderful and all spoke great english. The room was quaint and had everything you would need. "Booked this property well in advance, 3 months and booked a smoking room, emailed the property to confirm and never got a response. When I arrived at property was told it was non smoking but could smoke in the stairwell.... Breakfast was good. Some communication and language issues."
