"Check in was problematic. I arrived at 1 am. The desk clerk could not find my reservation (made on hotels.com). Eventually, they found my reservation. Room was okay. No safe in the room. Hotel conveniently located across street from Ben Than Market. Price was reasonable. "

"The gentleman who checked us in spoke limited English but was absolutely lovely. Always smiling and we communicated via Google Translate. Accom was more than enough with a fancy Japanese toilet and new Smart TV. The neighbours were a bit noisy, about a 10 min walk to Bui Vien Walking St and 20 mins to Ben Thanh. Otherwise a cheap Grab will get you to both. "
