"Great location and helpful staff. Good sized rooms with a handy outdoor seating area. Decent restaurant and bar on site plus other good options either in walking distance or by a 5 minute uber ride. Good location for getting to anywhere in the city and convenient for many of the attractions. Would recommend and will certainly stay here when we’re back in Tucson."

"Rooms are dated, carpets do not look like they have been cleaned in few years or longer. Mini fridge was leaking water onto the carpet. Musty smell in the probably from the water leak. Restaurant food does not match the prices, especially with so many other restaurants near by. Wings are advertised as 1lb for the price, maybe half a lb was serverd. Also out of over half of the menu items. Breakfast was decent and filling, but not very many options. Pool was clean and nice, but jacuzzi jets do not work. Also, employees said guest needed a wrist band, but this was not enforced. Personally, I have stayed at other Double Trees and this was not to any of the standards. Very sad they do not take care of this property better. Especially with the location. "

"Room was clean however....lobby has no complementary coffee, the TV in the room is an older 48 inch and my bed was very uncomfortable, however my friends was better. Tvs definitely need to be undated and put some coffee in the lobby for when someone comes off a long drive."

"The outdoor space was great, providing privacy, along with shade and sun. The bed was very comfortable and everything was in order"

"This is a great little hidden gem, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling to Tucson, who is looking for place to stay at a great price. The this adorable house is very spacious and even though it’s in the middle of a busy area, it has lots of privacy and beautiful flowers surrounding it. It has a large, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and two full baths, which was wonderful. The check-in process was very easy and communication with the owner was great!"

"The house was very nice. Love the decor and the outside areas were really nice for our morning tai chi and evening wine. We traveled with 2 electric cars so it was nice being able to charge our cars. Pool was too cold to use but the pool area was nice. We did febreeze soft surfaces in the living room it was obvious that pets had been there."
