"Had the perfect stay. Two families with adult children. Good location for the parks, golf and restaurants . Also perfect for those that just wanted to laze by the pool and enjoy the views of the nature reserve. Cinema room well used. Everybody was well catered for."

"Very nice home with enclosed pool on the lake. We had some issues at check in with alarm code and owner was quick to offer help. We messaged owner about the in home temperature and thermostat not working but did not hear back through vrbo messaging, so we delt with it being 80-83 degrees inside the home. Luckily we were gone most of the day Saturday and Sunday for work functions and left first thing Monday morning. Wish we had more time to enjoy the property though, it was beautiful. The...

"We had a great time and had plenty of space for our large group ! We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the backyard pond as well! We would definitely choose this again. The only negative was that some of the carpet and outdoor furniture just need a little refresh and more shower towels would have been great ! Otherwise totally perfect."

"We had our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint. There was something for all ages, and enough space and privacy for the baby to nap, the big kids really liked the lazy river and water slides, and I enjoyed the big kitchen, reading my book poolside and never having to hear I’m bored. ;) It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs, and very close to the other parks and restaurants. You really can’t beat the location for a Disney trip."

"The property was perfect for our family. The rooms and bathrooms worked out nicely. The house was well stocked with cookware and towels. The only complaint I have is the bed pillows need to be replaced and some extra pillows would be helpful along with extra pillow cases.. There were a couple of extra pillows but some were so flat you had to put two together to count as one. The master bed has a big hump in the middle so that was interesting for sleeping but the bed was comfortable otherwise....

"All the pool amenities and activities were great. The resort staff was great and stuck to the rules. I would say they could lighten up on the required tubes in the river and no jumping in the big pool. Place is for families and my kids got disappointed when they were asked to not jump in the pool at all, not even just a cannon ball. Im 41 and was told i needed a tube in the 3' lazy river. I was just walking around the river with my little kids"

"Overall we had a great stay. The house is spacious, very very clean inside and everything you could need. We hit one or two snags while there and the home owner was very responsive which is all you can hope for. The kitchen is very well equipped , the pool is awesome and everything was comfortable. A few minor things to take note - the pool table was in very poor condition with uneven rolls and shakey legs, the games were room has no air con making it difficult to stay for more than a few mins...

"This property is not yet ready for a vacation resort as advertised in your web site. It looks like some one bought a teardown apartment and in the process of renovating them into a resort. Most of the units look like a ghost house. Not even one full building is completely renovated. It is too pre-mature to host such a unit for rentals. Since I came to know of this in the last minute after physically seeing I had no choice but to stay there. I expected that booking packages from Expedia is safe...

"This hotel is one my family and I would usually book, however it has absolutely gone down hill fast. There is absolutely NO dining area on premises, zero ice machines, rust and mold in the rooms, and no coffee makers in any rooms. We had to go off property just to even get a meal or snack. Oh and housekeeping is done ONLY after you check out. So needless to say, we WON'T be staying here again."

"This was a great place to stay, close to Disney, plenty of room for our family and a great price. We did not use any of the amenities like the workout room or the pool, we were in the parks most of the time during our stay. The only problem we had was one morning around 7:30 AM. Someone from the staff opened our door while we were still in bed which was a little frightening and put us on edge the rest of our visit. I called the front desk and they said they don’t have any record of anyone...
