"Stayed at Apple Tree Corner in Harrogate and we arrived late to a spotlessly clean house that was tastefully furnished with all the amenities we needed. Location is ideal, a 15 mins stroll into the centre of Harrogate. Nice quiet and very private location. Loved that the car was safe and it had FREE parking (had to pay everywhere else in Harrogate). The host had some brilliant suggestions in the guest book so we tried Brimhan rocks and Betty’s Tea Room which are highly recommended. Would love to...

"The property was a good size with all the basics you need. For a couple it's great.You can't deny that the location is amazing. A few minutes walk and you are in proper wilderness with so much wildlife about. We had some lovely walks straight from the property.You are only a short drive to the nearest village so not too isolated.We found it a brilliant base to explore Yorkshire."

"Our main objective in visiting York was the trains! We especially enjoyed the York Minster, the wall, the Shambles & the incredible history. The Friargate location was perfect for our group of 8. Highly recommend this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. Only snag was getting a parking ticket for parking a van in the designated spot in front of the house. "

The location is spot on and there is tons to do around the area with amazing walks and scenery to local markets and nice restaurants and pubs. "Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. Communication before arrival was great, as was check in when we were helped with our bags down the steps and shown around. Anita (our host) was on holiday...
