"De lodge ligt in een prachtige omgeving. De familiekamer was heel groot. De kinderen hadden een aparte slaapkamer. Er stond zelfs een kleine hoekbank in. Het personeel was echt heel klantvriendelijk! Ze gaven ons een tip hoe we op een andere manier (niet door de Gotthart tunnel) naar Italië konden rijden. De bediening in het restaurant was ook heel aardig. Toen we vertrokken kwam er iemand achter ons aan naar buiten. Hij had net de webcam bekeken en vertelde ons ook dat we de andere route...

"This was everything I want in an alpine hotel. I felt so well looked after. Beautiful view from the balcony, peaceful and comfortable. Clean and cosy. The lovely people running this hotel were warm and helpful gave me just the boost I needed to get up the Lukmanier pass today. Would definitely recommend. "
"Sehr freundlicher Hotelleiter. Einfache, saubere Zimmer mit allem vorhanden, was nötig ist. Hervorragendes Frühstück; dabei ist der Kaffee besonders hervorzuheben. Mittag- oder Nachtessen kann nicht beurteilt werden, da nicht eingenommen. Umgebung in den Bergen hervorragend. Ruhige Lage, trotz Strassenanbindung - wenig Verkehr, guter Schallschutz (Fenster)."

"Das Hotelteam ist sehr freundlich, vor allem die Dame am Empfang.
Die Hotelausstattung sowie der allgemeine Zustand ist in Ordnung.
Auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz für unsere Van war im Preis eingeschlossen.
Sauberkeit der Zimmer sowie der Zimmerkomfort war sehr gut.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Gerne kommen wir wieder in das Hotel.

"Very convenient location. Family owned, very friendly staffs. The hotel has a good restaurant, there's plenty of other choices around too. Very close to ski rental shop and grocery stores. Within walking distance to Sedrun train station. Plenty of parking spaces.
If I have to find some cons, the sound isolation wasn't so great between rooms. Sometimes we could smell odor (smoke?) from the next room too. Also keep in mind during winter the road to Andermatt is closed, but you could still use...
