"Overall the area is obviously stunning and beautiful, so that’s the main reason to stay there. It’s calm, quiet and a great place to unwind. The lodges themselves are a little rustic and basic, but they are fine. The service was super friendly and helpful. Was truly disappointed in the restaurant. The prices were expensive and for $45 I would have expected the seafood pasta to have fresh local seafood (after all…it’s located on the ocean) but the frozen seafood which barely had any meat to it...

Interior deficiencies included attention to cable/internet, blinds, decking. Over the course of my month stay this required numerous visits from construction/maintenance workers which I found to be somewhat disruptive. "A perfect getaway in a peaceful, nurturing oasis. Every detail is perfection - you can just feel the love that has been tenderly put into making this place what it is. Nestled in the forest, with bright sunshine, and nature trails to the beach, it made us feel like forest fairies! "We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this VRBO. The kitchen amenities were so fully inclusive that we usually ate supper meals here rather than dine out. The hot tub was a nightly must and driving either into town or out to hiking locations was super easy. This is a great destination spot for people, like us, wanting to get to know the Campbell River area."
