The rooms? Spotless. The thermostat was so easy to control, even I couldn’t mess it up (and I’ve lost arguments with microwaves). The bed was cloud-level comfy, and the hot water didn’t require an engineering degree to figure out. Now, let’s discuss the waterfront location. Stunning. It’s the kind of place where you stare off into the distance, pretending you’re in a movie montage, while your dog drags you toward a seagull. Breakfast? Complimentary and actually good—which is rare. Nothing like free waffles to make you feel like a genius for choosing this place. And the staff? " Historic Inn in a beautiful location. No TV or modern type amenities might bother some, but made for a very peaceful two evenings . Rooms are smaller due to age of the building but had a small private veranda . Brian at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed staying here. "

"Nice and quiet location, spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Restaurant wasn't open during our stay except for a continental breakfast for an extra fee, which we did not require, but to be fair it was offseason. I would definitely stay again, this was my 2nd visit."
