"The food at breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices, the hotel was immaculately clean and the spa was so relaxing.
However I would add that it was our honeymoon and I had emailed ahead to let them know this as I ordered champagne and nibbles for our room to surprise my husband. Not one person at the hotel acknowledged our honeymoon - I wasn’t expecting it to cost them anything but a message in the room or a well wish from staff would have been nice! It felt like any normal city break in Berlin which was a real shame!
We got engaged in the Steigenberger in Cairo and they were so happy for us.
I was really disappointed that it didn’t feel special."
