"The owner was welcoming and friendly; the house worked because we were family but interconnecting bedrooms would make it a bit odd perhaps for larger groups. The outside space is good; the inside a bit split up - but the weather was good so this didn’t matter."

The gite is spacious and has a lovely gravel patio area in front with great views of the countryside. "We visited Chateau des Louteaux for my partners 40th as a group of 20 adults (mainly couples) and it was an amazing stay. To start the photos do not do the property justice, it's truly breathtaking! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own private space as well as group activities and dining. The property is decorated with wonderful antique furniture and lots of interesting trinkets. Caroline, the housekeeper, was lovely and gave us a full tour of the Chateau on arrival and was on hand for...

"I couldn’t fault Gite apart from garden furniture being tired and warped. As long as you know its attached to the Owners and them sharing the large garden with 4 big dogs. (Sadly we had missed that bit…) But we made best of it and had a lovely relaxing time until last day of the holiday when I was just about to go in the pool they had put the hose to fill the pool up and the robot vacuum in at 1-4pm on day before we left (why??) "Wir haben das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus und bei der Hitze vor allem auch den großen Garten mit den alten Bäumen und der Traumaussicht genossen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass wir nur französische Sender empfangen kann.unsere nette Gastgeberin Flo hat uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die Abstand von Stress und Hektik haben wollen"
