"Cosy small french hotel, but it is stuck in the 90's and needs a makeover. The wallpaper on our room had started to loosen from the walls, and the bathroom light didn't work. The staff tried to fix it, but wasn't able to. (We were allowed to use the bathroom in another vacant room instead, so they did their best to solve the issue). "What a terrific staff in an incredibly historical environment steeped in history. We love this place. Moulins is off the beaten path but an amazing little city with tons to offer. Hotel Mercure, in the heart of the city, is a gem!"
