"I used the cleaning service and the hotel lost 2 items. The pool was close and was the spa, I wanted a massage but the woman was on holiday. My room had a hot tub but without any water so you couldn’t use it. The pool had no water in so you couldn’t use it. But the staff at the hotel are excellent, the owner just isn’t very good with communication or keeping the hotel fit for purpose."

"Good location for catching an early flight with a nice breakfast. Room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The price was on the high side, but I guess it's the location. The restaurant (for dinner) was ok, but nothing special. You did get a 15% discount if you were staying there. Overall: good location, clean, good breakfast but overpriced."

"The holiday inn shuttle didnt pick us up at midnight even though we were waiting at the designated area. When I called the front desk, they told me to get a taxi and tell the driver that the hotel would pay and they did! Not only that, since we needed to get to the airport early at 730 and their shuttle was full they arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport! The hotel itself is well maintained and the staff pleasant and helpful. Thank you for taking care of 2 tired travelers!"
