The space:
A complex of 4 detached houses, of high architecture and aesthetics, which give the user the feeling of luxurious, comfortable accommodation with absolute coverage of all his needs. Each villa has its own swimming pool - 26 sq.m. with a depth of about 1.50 m. - and is surrounded by an exclusive garden, approximately 800 sq.m., has three pergolas-shade shelters and has individual covered parking, views of the sea and Mountain Olympus, access to the sea from a private road, at a distance of about 150 m.
The Villas:
Villas A1 & A2 are each 100 sq m. in size and are spread over two floors with the capacity to accommodate up to 7 people, each, specifically:
Basic accommodation for four people and additional accommodation for: one person on the armchair-sofa in the bedroom on the first floor and two people on the sofas in the living room, on the ground floor.
√ Each has two bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds joined together and on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an armchair that can be converted into a single bed. The upstairs room has a space where a desk (with chair and desk lamp) can be developed with a view of Mount Olympus. This room also has a terrace with an outdoor living room (two armchairs and a coffee table) with a view of the sea.
√ On the ground floor there is a full kitchen, as well as a dining table (dining room), with four seats with the possibility of adding one more seat and two auxiliary stools, located in the living room with two sofas approx. 2m. each and 0.95m deep. The sofas in the living rooms are of suitable dimensions for sleeping and one of them has a storage space at its base, for placing linens. Finally, on the ground floor there is a small storage room with shelves and a washing machine.
√ On the ground floor there is also an entrance furniture, two coffee tables, as well as various decorative candlesticks, etc. Paintings are hung on all floors of the villa.
