"We stayed for a few days whilst visiting family in Manchester and Sheffield.The location was perfect for this! Extremely quiet but very accessible.We appreciated the space of a house, for two people (and a dog!) and also the fact that we were able to book for the exact dates of our stay.Warm (temperatures outside were around zero) and comfortable (very comfortable bed!)Very well-equipped kitchen … just missing the means to make fresh coffee!Definite recommendation from us!"

"I’m originally from the Glossop area so can confirm that Park View is in a prime location in the desirable ‘Old Glossop’ part of town, set at the foot of the Pennines. We had a wonderful stay with everything on our doorstep- the cottage is directly opposite the beautiful Manor Park, there’s a selection of charming pubs in both directions of stepping outside the door, there’s a corner convenience shop, a take away, and it’s just a 5-10 minute stroll to the town centre and a good variety of cafes,...

"Although the property wasn't where we had originally chosen (and traffic noise wasn't ideal), Emma was super-helpful, and cottage was lovely. Had far more creature comforts than we expected, and lots of really nice touches with supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The fact we were able to park in teh pub car park next door also removed the worry of parking on the tiny street. Can't fault all the small little things that were done to make the stay better - fantastic host!"
