"Very clean. The smell of Pinesol was strong in the room. Only down side was the drapes didn't cover the windows so the room never got dark at night due to the outside lights. . For us that made it hard to sleep"

"The property was very comfortable with a fabulous bathroom and shower that had phenomenal water pressure. It was a great location to explore Bears Ears and learn about the ancient Peublans. Jarod was very responsive to all of out requests and questions."

"This lovely cabin was welcoming, well appointed and beautifully decorated. It was so clean it looked as if it had never been used before!! Very comfortable bed. A private rural setting with gorgeous landscaping that was obviously professionally designed. We enjoyed drinking our coffee under the arbored patio in the morning. Nice fire pit with comfy seating! Less than 5 minutes to museums, grocery store and large city park in Blanding. Within 30 minutes to Bears Ears NM and surrounding red rock country just waiting to be explored on foot, bicycle, vehicle or OHV. We will definitely make this our base for adventure next time we visit southern Utah."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We loved having all the space a bedroom for all the kids and 2 bathroom. Located off the main roads a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were great and communicating with me. We will definitely stay here again!"
