Maison de vacances agréable

Grande maison de 160m2 accompagnée d'une petite terrasse. La luminosité dans la maison est très agréable ainsi que sa localisation en plein centre ville proche de tout à pieds. Nous avons même pu faire une raclette. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Tres bien placé

L’appartement le Monceau est très bien placé dans le centre de Dinard. Un emplacement pour une voiture est disponible. J’ai pu garé mon Espace 5. L’ameublement est très spartiate et vieillot. La cuisine ne disposait pas de tasse pour le thé ni de grand bol si nous avions eu des enfants. La literie est confortable. Les poubelles sont à 10 minutes de marche.

spacieux, clair, bien situé, seul hic, le ménage, ce n'était pas très propre, on a même retrouvé une brosse à cheveux près du canapé à l'étage alors que les consignes sont très strictes et bien indiquées sur le document remis aux locataires.

Maison de ville spacieuse et lumineuse. Joliment rénovée et décorée. Espace de vie très agréable, mais peut-être un peu juste pour 8 personnes (table a manger notamment ) Très bien située tout se fait à pied. Seul bémol le dépôt des poubelles doit se faire sur un parking a 5 min a pied, pas agréable de traverser la ville ainsi...
