DINARD BEACH MIMOSAS

In the center of DINARD but without the nuisance of the main street and restaurants because in a quiet street. Pleasant residence surrounded by listed villas with a green view. Cross the street and you are at l'Ecluse beach (largest beach in DINARD).
Park your car in the private car park, and you can do everything on foot, beach, restaurants, bars, casino, theater, market (3 times a week Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning).
To go visit SAINT MALO, take the maritime shuttle which will drop you off at the foot of the ramparts and bring you back in the evening, no more parking to look for or pay.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building, the only building on the street, all around the villas.
The refurbished apartment is composed of a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200) with a real mattress and 2 Murphy beds (90 x 200) for a person that you open at night and close during the day which gives you plenty of room to move around.
The apartment is also equipped with a lifting table for lunch, a flat-screen LCD TV, a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker. filter, toaster, electric juicer, and dishes.
