"Only negative comment would be the small space available for where bed has to be located with low ceiling on the inside half.
We didn’t feel like sleeping in the double bed during our stay because of this especially in the hot weather. It felt too stuffy and the person who ends up on the inside May feel slightly trapped.

"Ho hum. The hotel turns out to be a different hotel a little way down the street. The E17.00 breakfast is average - I’d suggest getting something at the nearby bakery and having breakfast on a bench by the river. So, overall it’s ok but probably a little past it’s best. "

"Difficult to say if this is a hotel or a restaurant with rooms. For us it was the last. Very nice place with beautiful outside area.
But we stayed 5 nights, and the whole hotel is closed untill 16.00 everyday. You have to give in your key to get cleaning, and can not get it before 16.00. The pool is also closed. So if you want your room and the pool, you will not ger cleaning.
In our view the staff is very friendly, but need better management, so they need to know what to do and when.

"Wow! We have nothing negative to say about this hotel! Firstly, staff are amazingly friendly, welcoming any helpful. The building is modern light and airy with pleasing decor. The room was same, perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed, plus a fantastic shower and the room was so quiet we felt like we were the only people staying there, no noise from outside despite being by the train station and great aircon!
Some other great facilities are there are coffee machines serving good coffee and various tea bags all on a help yourself unlimited basis!!!! Amazing 😃 and a cold water dispenser!! Also a bar open serving drinks and local beers. We didn’t have time for breakfast as moving on early but it looked good.
All in all this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far on our European🏍️ tour, and Namur by the way was also nice, take a walk down by the river. "

Suggest booking ahead if you want to eat in either of the restaurants as they were fully booked when we arrived but the chap on reception gave us several recommended lical restaurants in walking distance and then booked a lively little fanily run Italian restaurant for us. "This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last."
