"Nice pool, but it was so crowded with kids that I didn’t go to the area. I did go in the next morning and the hot tub was only warm. The kids were also loud in hall in the evening. Breakfast was great. Plentiful and well stocked. It was very busy during the time I was there from 8:30-9:00 (closed at 9 am), but there was still food and tidy. Room was very comfortable."

"This is our third time staying at this property. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was fantastic. Coffee was perfect. Thanks for the kids were okay. Lot to choose from. Rooms were clean and pool was and spa was well cut. Workout room was perfect. Absolutely hands down the best value .for the area And pricing was good. Ease of location was also really easy to find and very nearby to accessible. Interstates"

"Room was big, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs, sausage patty, waffles etc. nothing special. Lobby and breakfast room are very loud due to tile floors snd mostly bare walls. Needs some sound dampening. Great medium priced stay close to Chocolate World."

"Location is key for this property everything is very walkable! My husband and I loved walking down to dinner during the evenings. Property is lovely, wonderful staff, convenient parking, and very clean, however the rooms are not sound proof. Every door slam is heard and felt, conversations and tvs can be heard through the walls, showers and toilet flushes. Noisy neighbors can be a problem. We had quiet ones until our last 2 nights when a family stayed next door and had no concept of indoor voices. Our only other complaint was the sheets did not fit the bed the elastic was overstretched and came off time and time again. I still give this hotel 4 stars because it was a very convenient location."

"The room was clean, but the hall carpeting was filthy and stained. The entire property is in need of renovation. ie - Pictures off wall in our room but hardware still up, moulding was peeling off. Internet was very spotty and unreliable, thereby causing the television to do the same. When we checked in the desk clerk was friendly and courteous, and the breakfast crew was great. Otherwise no one spoke to us any of the times we came in and out."
