This peaceful alpine condo is the perfect spot for a few friends to unwind or to share some time with your family. Chateau Claire 42 is equipped with all the amenities you need to keep you comfortable and entertained after a long day in the mountains. This two-bed, one and a half bath condo can comfortably sleep 4 people. You have your choice of lounging by the fire or cooking a decadent meal in the fully equipped kitchen. All condos have Roku TV.
In the center of Summit County, Colorado, Chateau Claire is away from the crowds and hustle of the ski resorts but only a few minutes away from the finest winter and summer sports in the country. Enjoy sailing, cycling, fishing, skiing, and snowboarding in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning. This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: SkyRun is continues to follow rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.

Great location!

Everything about the stay was great except there is a very annoying noise all throughout the night. And it happened every night we were there. It seems like it is the pipes. If you are a light sleeper it will wake you. Just be prepared. Everything else about this place was fantastic!

Convenient location to Dillon businesses and close to Keystone Resort
We loved that the condo was on the ground floor for entry (second floor for back balcony). The bedrooms, kitchen and living room were plenty roomy for our group of four adults/teens. The wood burning fireplace, and provided firewood, was very enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils and everything we needed. The bathroom walls/ceiling could use a good cleaning and fresh coat of paint.

Condo was hot and stuffy with poor ventilation. Roof was being repaired while we were there which was very noisy and disallowed parking near unit (property manager did not warn us about this or even seem to care when we called them about it).
