During the summer months, these locations offer incredible hiking and mountain biking, as well as horseback riding, yoga, concerts, and golf. Rent a boat and paddle around Dillon Reservoir where you can fish for trout, kokanee salmon, and Arctic char. Dillon and Silverthorne both offer fun dining and nightlife destinations, as well as a thriving craft beer scene. At the end of a fun day of adventuring, return home and enjoy grilling dinner on the deck before taking a rejuvenating dip in the shared pool and hot tub.

Head inside your vacation home to find a living room offering an inviting social space in which to unwind. Relax on the plush furniture and settle in for a movie screening on the 60” TV with cable and an added soundbar. Whip up vacation snacks and treats in the well-equipped kitchen. Helpful kitchen gadgets, including a coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle, make preparation a breeze. After a hearty meal, retreat to the deck where you can breathe in the mountain air and enjoy the view.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
