Stay in the center of the action at this lovely condo in Dillon! Enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar each morning before setting out on your adventures. With wonderful shared amenities such as a pool, a hot tub, and tennis courts, it may be tempting to spend all of your time outdoors. At the end of a fun-filled day, everyone can share their stories while preparing dinner on the private gas grill.

With almost 300 days of sunshine per year, Dillon was made for recreation. Visit the Dillon Nature Preserve for an easy two-mile running (or walking) loop - the trailhead is just under four miles away! For a different kind of challenge, Dillon Disc Golf Course is just under four miles away. Dillon also offers easy access to four of Summit County's best ski areas within 18 miles: Arapahoe Basin, Keystone Resort, Copper Mountain Resort, and Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Condo was close to everything and easy to get to. Great value for price. We had 4 persons and a dog and had plenty of room. I cooked a full Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen with ease.

The home had two bathrooms, a queen bed, a bunk bed with a queen-sized bottom, a functional kitchen, and a 55 inch TV. The place was clean and had plenty of miscellaneous supplies such as paper towels, conditioner, etc… Lastly, the club house had good amenities and was very responsive to all requests and issues. Vacasa support was also helpful and prompt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It is just the perfect size for 4 people. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen has all the cooking-ware you may need and the bathroom was stocked with mini soaps and shampoo/conditioner. We brought our two dogs and there was plenty of grassy areas with doggy bags if you needed! Close to a bunch of great activities too! The only thing was there is no air conditioning but the temps at night are so cool we kept the windows open and we were okay!

Very clean, beds and bedding comfortable. Plenty of hot water and lots of towels. Wifi fast and reliable. Pool area not all that hot but acceptable. Not the fanciest place but a great place to stay if your main goal is to get out and enjoy Colorado and not sit around on your rear. Was a little concerned noise might be an issue with I-70 right there but it was not a problem at all. Box fans helped cool and blocked any noise.

We were very happy with our stay, it was close and convenient to everything around Dillon. The condo had everything we needed for a weekend in the mountains and many restaurants were close by. The one thing I would update it the master mattress. It wasn't the most comfortable. We would stay there again though.

The condo overall was in good condition, it was clean in general though the comforters and the bathtubs were not so. The communication was somewhat broken, the help center reacts instantaneously, but then the local team looses it. And the most annoying part was the check in process with the lockbox located in the club house and not at the property and using old style lockboxes with codes, and I had problems with the box, luckily not at the check in time which was after midnight. I think this process needs to be changed.

Perfect for getting out to the mountains. Nice little place in condo-land. Ran through Vacasa so it isn't the smoothest check-in. But definitely worth it if you're willing to put up with a big company like them. It wasn't very clear on how to get the keys. The lockbox is at the clubhouse a few buildings down the road.

Confusion at check in. No information saying that you had go pick up keys at the office. Had to call for information. Should have been in check in email and text. Dog hair on pillows on couch. Rug in master bath was dirty. Overall it was a good stay and enjoyed the property.

The building seems like it was built in the '80s or '90s. You can see i-70 traffic from right outside and you could hear it when the windows are open, but it's pretty quiet with the windows closed. The new floors are nice. There is a nice hike justup the road too. Finding the location of the lock box took us a few minutes. There were multiple references to a parking pass, but we never saw evidence of one and never used one. Not sure if the parking pass was old news or we were just lucky. Overall, it was a good stay and an accurate listing.

The place is no frills. It hasn't been updated in a while and has been well used. If you're looking for a place to crash overnight with decent amount of space, this place is a good option. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it's a nice size for a family and making meals. The kitchen sink was not very functional though, to be addressed with the owner. The water barely ran at all, and no cold water. One of the bathroom showerheads didn't work either.

First off, I would like to say that the picture of the mountains from the balcony does not do the view justice. The view in person is absolutely stunning. Waking up every morning with the family and I sipping coffer with a view of snow capped mountains was amazing. The condo itself was very clean and fully stocked; pots, pans, towels, full size coffee pot, plenty of blankets and pillows, board games, etc. Having 2 full bathrooms was very nice as well. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, they even proactively reached out to me to address a possible concern with the dishwasher. The only thing I would recommend is an iron and ironing board for the wrinkly shirts fresh out of a luggage. All in all, great experience with Vacasa and this condo.

As you walk into the building- dirty walls and carpet. The condo definitely needs some updating. Tubs drain slow. Shower liner filthy. Bathroom missing trim. Dishwasher had standing water in it-was concerned about using it. Floors not clean. The carpet should be removed and vinyl placed ( like in the living room). Deck boards filthy-walking on it with no shoes=black feet. Rug in the living room is dirty. This place is for a bunch of 20 year olds on a ski vacation!

Condo itself is well decorated and furnished. Lockbox with key is not walking distance from unit. You only get one key, which may be tought for multiple adults. We tried to use the laundry in the club house, but it's coin only and lots of the machines didn't work, including the change machine and detergent machine. Vacasa property manager was slow to communicate with us.
