  • Our Lake Haus Condominium is in the heart of Summit County ski country and blessed with abundant summertime outdoor adventures just outside our front door! The Summit County Rec Path is steps away allowing you to bike to Keystone Resort or around Lake Dillon to Frisco, Breckenridge and Vail. Hiking trails abound as well. We are in the Dillon neighborhood of Summit Cove about 70 miles from Denver and conveniently located between Dillon town center and Keystone Resort off Highway 6 and Swan Mountain Road. Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge Ski Resorts are all within 2 to 20 minutes from the complex. The free Summit Shuttle bus stops150 yards from the condo, transporting to the resorts as well as to Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge for dining, shopping and entertainment. From the Condo, you will enjoy views of Buffalo & Red Mountains as well as the Gore Mountain Range and the Continental Divide. Walk across Cove Boulevard to a quaint strip mall to grab a coffee, terrific New York style pizza at Last Chance, a craft brew or dinner at Cala's Irish Pub.

    At 1134 square feet of living space, this is one of the larger 2 bedrooms for rent you will find. The split-level floor plan with the 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, also provides privacy and a homey feeling. This is our vacation home, and we furnished it with new, comfortable, and upscale furniture, including a Queen-sized Lazy Boy sleeper sofa, leather recliner and pillow-top Queen-size mattresses. The floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace provides both beauty and warmth.

    The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need for preparing any meal, including a crock pot, blender & hand mixer. We provide, tea, wide variety of spices, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies.

We had another fantastic stay! This was our second time here, and once again, everything was perfect. The condo is in a prime location, making it easy to explore the area. It's well-stocked with everything we needed and clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect property/Great hosts

Our second time and same great experience! Great location allows us to get to our destinations easily and well equipped and stocked for eating in. Our hosts had everything we needed for a 10 day stay!

Amazing space; thoughtful extras and incredibly comfortable and at home feel. Easy drive to all surrounding ski resorts. We will be back!

Great Stay!

Excellent location and property. Well-equipped condo, very clean and has everything you need (Washer / Dryer, WiFi, Nice kitchen, BBQ Grill on the balcony, and more!). Easy to get in and out of the parking during winter and close to ski resorts. Our family had a great stay!

Great Stay

The condo is exactly as it appears in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked, the location is convenient and the neighborhood and neighbors are quiet.

Great 10 day stay!

Sharon's place was top drawer. Sadly we did not get to talk with her because everything was so well arranged in the first place. Highly recommend this stay for any kind of getaway!

Nice little condo with good location. Clean and well kept up. The upstairs bathroom heater didn't work but apart from that we were very happy with it and will probably rent it again.

Very comfortable, clean , good location

Unit was as pictured. Really appreciated laundry supplies, spices, condiments. Kitchen well supplied. Living room furniture and beds very comfortable. Large dressers and closets. TV mystified us and owner was responsive with instructions.

Awesome condo to stay at!

My husband and daughter and I came out for a 3 day ski vacation. Location of the condo was great! Everything was close by that we needed...grocery store, restaurants, etc. We skied at Copper with the drive about 20-25 minutes away. The condo was spacious and was super quiet. Never heard any noise or anyone else. Loved having a ski locker at the entrance to the condo. Beds were super comfortable. The condo was also stocked with items that normally aren't available at other VRBO's we have stayed. For instance, spices, condiments, cleaning supplies, paper goods, etc. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Home away from home

It was a great experience. Very clean and had all necessities. We LOVED the binder that gave a lot of great information. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location close to Lake Dillon and Keystone. Nice view and roomy condo. Couldn’t have asked for more for the price!!! Will be back

Comfortable and Cozy Mountain Stay

We loved this beautiful condo that provided all the amenities to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. It had everything you would want for a long weekend or week long stay. Also, great location for all local skiing and very helpful and accessible owners. This was definitely an exceptional property!

Great location and nice place

We had a very nice time. The house was very clean and very well equipped (they even have a slow cooker!!). Location is perfect, 20min from Breck, 7min from Keystone and 25min from Copper. Great stay overall
