"The hotel advertised air conditioning, but unfortunately we found out after arriving that it was only available in certain rooms. Our room was extremely hot, which made it very difficult to sleep. The front desk attendant was very kind and provided us with additional fans, but unfortunately they didn’t make much of a difference. After traveling for over 10 hours, we were really looking forward to getting some rest, so it was a disappointing and uncomfortable way to start our trip."
