"Quaint mountain Chalet with lots of outdoor activities in Franklin and nearby in other towns like Sylva, Highlands, Cashiers, Lake Glenville, and Georgia. Loft is cute but hotter temp. Nice Mountain View from the porch. 2 bathrooms are always a bonus feature. I’d return and definitely recommend this cabin."

"This place is very nice, lots of amenities and plenty of room. Our only issue was that the Wi-Fi and internet availability was either not working or very poor. This has to do with the internet company the owners use and how data runs out near the end of the billing month. Unfortunately for us most of data has run out and “tokens had to be used which wasn’t adequate. The property managers worked diligently on this problem to get us the little Wi-Fi we did get and offered us a solution the owners...

"The property was very clean and absolutely perfect for our family of four. The communication with the owner was the best I've ever had, when renting, and their description of the property was 100% accurate. The walk to town was so easy and convenient. We will be back for sure!"

"We will never forget this vacation because we witnessed a hawk being attacked by black birds and had a close up and personal experience with a bear right beside our deck. The views were amazing off both decks and the home amenities were top of the line. You need to stay here!"

"Beautifully located in a valley, very quiet. The views all around were gorgeous. Lots of amenities and activities that come with the subdivision. Even a little chapel. People were friendly and helpful. The condo itself needs an update and some TLC."

"I can’t say enough good things about this place! The kitchen is well stocked; the decks are amazing; and having a king sized bed and bathroom for each of us was so nice. The house is conveniently located between Dillard and Highlands. We had a great time and will definitely stay again if we take another trip to this area."
