Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
My husband and I from Canada and both in our 70’s. We arrived at this property to find it was rented to someone else. Because we didn’t have access to wifi, we sat in a fast food restaurant for more than 4 hours on the phone with Vrbo trying to find a place to sleep. I have a recording of the phone calls. Nothing…absolutely nothing was available that met our original requirements which was free parking, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom. At 22:30 we were asked to leave the restaurant because they were closing. Vrbo’s Expedia Group found us a room in a hotel that had minimal amenities and parking. We had no choice but to take this room at a much higher cost than our original booking.
