"Beautiful building and spotlessly clean. Decor a little on the basic side. Was very hot - no aircon tho fans were provided. Excellent breakfast."

"The staff went above-and-beyond to be helpful and accommodating! They also spoke perfect English, making this a nice respite for some weary American travelers. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a fabulous jetted tub that really made my day. The location is perfect, with easy access to the train station and all of the best spots to visit in Dijon. I loved our stay there! I'm just sad we didn't have the chance to try the wonderful restaurant."

"Everything was fantastic In the junior suite might want to upgrade the pillows they were rather useless Broken down inside! A suggestion for wash cloths made available we asked, got them but maid didnot replenish each day. Great recommendations from her for tours. Laur from guest relations was perfection. Great location so close to trains and old town."

"An apartment, plain but spacious and with good air-conditioning. Great central position, free afternoon coffee downstairs, Minuses (outweighed by the above pluses): awkward in-bath shower (screen seal worn out, so water escapes to the bathroom floor) and only one, small pillow. Plus the toilet flush didn't clear the whole bowl."

"We had a great one-night stay with family. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with a kitchen that allowed us to prepare our own breakfast before heading off in the morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would happily return."

"We liked the hotel, the room and pool area. We didn’t find the staff welcoming or friendly. The check in person was okay, but not real friendly. The hostess or manager in the restaurant was horribly rude. We never went back to the restaurant due to her. The pool is difficult to access because an elevator is broken so you need to go through a dark remote stair case, or walk through the restaurant. The hostess/manager person did not like people going through the restaurant, but it wasn’t the guests fault that the hotel has it set up this way. Breakfast isn’t included and is expensive to add it on. There is an awesome shopping plaza next door with a grocery store. We bought breakfast items there and ate in our room. Next time, I’ll look for a hotel where staff are kind to their guests."
