"The staffs are all helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Uttar and the Egyptian guy with a Christian name who assisted us in the reception. The amenities of the property are great. We will be back next time as this is the only hotel in RAK that I know which caters to our 3 pets."

"Positives: super clean, a plenty of good quality food, attentive staff. The spa was great. Negatives: website claims that the hotel is offering a free shuttle within 30 km radius. The only place where the shuttle goes twice a day, is a nearby mall. Also, the hotel is very far from the airport and the city, no uber or taxi will come to pick you up, so for all activities, you are dependent on the travel agency within the hotel. You can rent a car with a driver for the whole day, for example. Lastly, the hotel serves mainly families with kids. There is loud music and screaming kids all day. So if you’re looking for something quiet and relaxing, this is not it. "
