Charming cottage with 1 bedroom and 1 living room-bedroom.
Accommodation of 80 m², consisting of 3 main rooms: living / dining room with bar, living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom shower / wc.
Capacity: 4 beds.
Composition: 4 people including 2 adults max (over 16 years).
Sleeping: 1 bed 160x200, 1 convertible 160x190.
Paved terrace of 80 m² private.
1 dedicated parking space (s) in the area.

Villa entirely renovated in 2011 with the stay opened on a terrace of 80 m ², all located in a park of 5000 m ² maintained and paysagé. Very quiet and without nuisance, this villa is independent with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. It benefits from high quality services. Located less than 2 km (s) from the center of Dieulefit (Drôme Provençale) and its shops, our holiday residence consists of 3 units with swimming pool and tennis court. Renovation in 2014 of the kitchen and the bathroom.

Room with A View

We really enjoyed this lovely spot, surrounded by a beautiful garden, located just outside Dieulefit. We took full advantage of the spacious patio for relaxing breakfast every morning., with a view of nearby mountains. Eric and Fannie are terrific and kind hosts. Thank you for your hospitality and a unique vacation place.
