"Excellent hotel. Very clean, modern and updated, friendly staff, awesome breakfast. Even had my name on a placecard on the table! I was very pleased with this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is very quaint and the hostess was very nice. The room was great we were on the third floor so going up and down the stairs was hard on my pregnant wife but once up there we had a view to one of the towers from the room. There is no ac so if it is hot during your stay that is something to consider. We had the window open all night and it was perfect temperature. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to the altstadt. "

"We loved our stay here. Room overlooked the main area steps from the square. Staff were lovely. Our room has a fridge which was very useful for us. Room was very large, big bathroom. "

"Very good. Beautiful old building. Very quiet. Rooms clean. We had a balcony which was great, like being in a castle. The beds are comfortable if not high quality. Walk into town is ideal. Lots of steps but one you have done those, you are there! Free parking which was beneficial to us. If following sat nav, look out for sign on sharp corner which states hotel entrance. Hotel entrance is hidden and it’s a narrow private road into grounds. Breakfast sufficient. Great find! "

"Nice big rooms. Stayed in room 121 which was bright and airy and modern compared to other rooms and had a large bath tub with shower within the tub. It also had a nice view over a pedestrian route and lovely old world charm buildings. Ala carte continental breakfast had variety with cheese, tomatoes, cured meats, yoghurt, cooked eggs, pancakes, some fruit etc. Assistance with luggage provided up the stairs when checking in. Great location within old town. Short 3 minute walk to main square and tourist information office. 15 minute walk to train station. "
