"We zijn gelijk naar een ander appartement gegaan !!Het was bloedheet, vies, fietsen moesten ergens achter wat de tuin heette, ik wil er eigenlijk niet meer over vertellen zo waren we geschrokken van de rotzooi ook om het huis.En dan staat er ook nog bij "een mooi terras "!!Als je de foto's ziet, dan klopt het plaatje wel, maar het komt heel anders over in werkelijkheidDe douche prachtig, maar er is alleen van dat gedeelte een foto gemaakt en niet er omheen, wat een bende, dat zoiets verhuurd...

"Der Platz in der Wohnung war für uns perfekt (4 Erwachsene, ein Baby (5 Mo.) und ein Hund). Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos ab, es war alles sauber und machte einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Es gibt viele Lokale und Geschäfte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Man muss beachten, dass zwei steile Treppen zu bewältigen sind."

"Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten jederzeit eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Sehr gefallen hat uns die Ruhe und der freie Ausblick auf Felder und Wiesen. Obwohl der Obernzenner See zur Zeit noch geleert ist, gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglickeiten und Wanderangebote im angrenzenden Weinanbaugebiet. Wir können das gut ausgestattete und geräumige Haus nur empfehlen."

"Perfect little place to spend our week in Germany. Very close to Rothenburg and was the perfect location for many day trips to other areas we wanted to see. The host was awesome and made you feel at home and answered any questions. Would definitely recommend this property!"

"Alles da was man braucht. Ruhige Lage, gerade mit Kindern super. Wir haben unser diesjähriges Geschwistertreffen in dieser Ferienwohnung als größere Gruppe verbracht. Jede Partei hatte ihr eigenes Reich und dank großer Terrasse und großer Küche, hatten wir trotzdem genügend Gemeinschaftsräume. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"This house was great for my family and I to stay while visiting Nuremberg. Communication was clear and fast with a reply. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out and have a good time. The garden area and upper balcony were bonuses and nice to sit out with a coffee or beer to enjoy the day. I read some other reviews about stains or broken furniture but we did not see any problems. The coffee machine was perfect for coffee when desired. I will buy one in the near future. If...

"We had a wonderful time here. The entry into the house was a little difficult. The key sticks but we found the home to be perfect for our family to hang out after walking at the Christmas markets. Neighborhood is adorable to stroll through. "

"We would love to stay here again! We were in area for my husband to compete in Challenge Roth triathlon. Home was very comfortable and well Equipped with everything we needed. Spalt was a lovely village."

"We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and I cannot say enough great things! The owners are super nice and helpful! The Subway is about a 5 min walk from the house and from there so easy to get to the city center! There is an awesome Bakery within walking distance and also a great I e cream shop within walking distance. Parking was also super easy. "Gute Kommunikation, ruhig gelegen, von der Vogelinsel bis zum Supermarkt alles fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne Wohnung mit überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestatter Küche und hübschem Garten. Nachbars Hahn ist recht pflichtbewusst, und bei falscher Windrichtung ist nicht zu leugnen, dass die eigentlich gar nicht so nahe Bahnstrecke und parallele Bundesstraße eher inkonsequent mit Lärmschutzwänden abgeschirmt wurden. Aber nach komplett durchwanderten Tagen konnte uns beides nur kurz vom Schlafen...
