"We went las lt week to Wengen and stayed in Braunbär Hotel!! We just loved everything there we are a family of 3 and is the perfect hotel for families!! Breakfast are amazing they were included and the amenities are just so Great designed!! Also Great location and you can schedule the pick up and drop off is free service!! The spa is amazing and the pool is warm and nice for families after a long day walking around!! The rooms were super comfortable and big and our room had balcony!! Is also Close to the malinchen gondola station just in front ahhh and the staff so helpful the answer all my questions special SARAH in the front desk area she is amazing and Beyond!!!!!!!! Another plus it has a little playground for young kids where you can go and play with them and relax with a coffee in the meantime!! We will come back is just so great there!! Thanks a lot "

"Nice modern hotel. It’s directly beside the train station. So if you exit from the right train door, the hotel entrance is directly in front of you. The view from the room was nice too. Staff was friendly. "

"This hotel is located just steps from the train station AND the main shopping street that includes the handy Coop. My single attic room had the most amazing view of the mountains and Lauterbrunnen valley. There was even a skylight over the bed where I could view the stars. The area is also much quieter and less congested than the valley. "

"This hotel has the best location in Interlaken West. Also, has the best views to the river. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel on my next adventure in Interlaken. "

"Beautiful room we had overlooking the Lake! Large room and large balcony. Nice bathroom. Clean room. Had a refrigerator and a sitting area in the room. 4 large windows and it overlooked the church which rang its bells. The balcony has a electric canopy that you can put out if it rains and had a little table/2 chairs. You can watch the boats go by. We walked to the castle close by. Was able to go to the town which had stores and restaurants (15 mins. from the place). Great buffet breakfast also. Everything closes early, so it you want to eat in the town, make sure you go early."

"My daughter and I arrived at this beautiful hotel in the Alps, and we were greeted by the super friendly concierge Meriem with the news they had upgraded us! The hotel was incredibly beautiful as well as our beautiful room , we the amazing breakfast provided by the hotel, and all the extra features we took advantage of during our stay. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit!"
