"Very friendly and helpful staff, beginning with a warm welcome. The restaurant represents the best of Swiss culinary arts, with a wonderful ambience. The location is quiet yet close to the freeway to Basel. Top value for my money, thank you!"
"Wir waren nur fĂŒr 1 Ăbernachtung dort und haben deshalb nicht alle Angebote wahrnehmen können.
Wir wurden im NebengebĂ€ude untergebracht. Das fĂŒhlt sich schon ein wenig wie "abgeschoben"an.
Auch hÀtte die Dame an der Rezeption erwÀhnen können, dass es dort oben auch einen separaten Parkplatz gibt und uns nicht Koffer und Taschen eine lange Treppe nach oben schleppen lassen.
Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr klein, der Teppich teilweise im Bereich der BalkontĂŒr aufgelöst, der Toilettendeckel lose, der...

"Great place for a stay during our car trip from Italy to the Netherlands. Very friendly staff in the reception and restaurant. Quick to solve some issues we encountered (allergies for bedding), large rooms for a family of 5, nice playground for the kids and close to the highway to continue our trip. "We are a big family and were welcomed with open arms. Hotel Balsthal is a charming, modern hotel with a rustic feel to it.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back.
Staff is very welcoming to children and went above and beyond to accommodate our little ones.
