The hotel itself is really clean and beautiful. The food also is really good and the staff is top notch. A great thanks to the health staff as my son had an injury and they really helped us for him to have steeches, after that they disinfected his wound and changed the bandages daily, etc... The room was well cleaned every day with floor wiping which is not often the case in hotels. The pools were great, such as the aqua park. Overall a fantastic stay. The only downside is that there are less activities than I was expected for grownup. However, for small children this is near to perfect. The Barut hotels in Turkey seem really great. We've stayed also in Lara Barut, which was also top notch. I would recommand Lara Barut with teenagers and Anda Barut with smaller children.

Anda Barut has world-class facilities, fantastic dining, and an exceptional spa. However, guest services and front desk management fall far short of a 5-star luxury standard. Awkward Check-in: We politely turned down a swim-up upgrade for our 5th anniversary due to lack of privacy (shared pool). The staff reacted with visible shock, making us feel uncomfortable. Delays & Tone: Process took 1.5+ hours. When our room wasn't ready, staff made guilt-tripping comments ("We tried to make it special") and patronising remarks about villa prices when alternatives were discussed. Anniversary Blunders: Pre-booked anniversary decor was forgotten on the day. They decorated a day late with "Happy Birthday" balloons. Despite knowing we are Muslim, they sent alcoholic wine and offered no alternative when asked to remove it. Safety & Maintenance: The main door failed to lock automatically, leading housekeeping to leave our room wide open. Flat-floored shower routinely flooded into the hallway. Food Poisoning: Got a severe stomach bug from seafood at the Italian restaurant. On-site doctor couldn't prescribe medication and advised a remote hospital visit. The hotel was amazing in every sense - excellent decor and facilities, excellent and friendly staff, great rooms, great food and the onsite waterpark just made it amazing for the kids. The guest relation team really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay

This is the second time we stayed and the property is amazing in almost every way. The only negatives I would say are that if you do like to do things outside of the hotel then there isn't much to do round there, and the staff in the patisserie are generally miserable and understaffed (everywhere else through the hotel they are great and super friendly). Probably the worst thing about the hotel is the a la carte booking system - don't assume that you are ever going to get a booking. The hotel books out pretty much all of the tables to their VIP guests in villas etc and everybody else has about 5 seconds every morning to book the few tables that are left

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, all the staff were super friendly and helpful especially the staff in guest relations. My only reservation was we came in April for our wedding anniversary with friends and many of the amenities were closed, children’s water park, various bars and only 2 a la carte restaurants open, saying that they were lovely, the main restaurants food was of a very high standard compared to many hotels in this region. This hotel is split into different sections, ie family, community and adult which is a nice feature but it is very big and for people with disabilities this could be a problem, I do believe you can request travel buggies which will help immensely. I would like to come again but in warmer and later in the season to see this hotel at its best

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of time and experience to reach the level of high class all inclusive hotels.(rixos, maxx royal etc) the hotel is of course not bad but you feel from the first step the difference if you have been in the others. The service and food is avarage ,sea side and beach not speical and rooms very small and organisation very very poor . If you stay just 2-3 days you have no chance to get a in a la card restaurant reservation because of the silly application which rejects you from all services because the other guest who staying longer (7-10 days) filled it in advance from the first day untill the last day for their vacation. I would not recommend this hotel for short time holidays (2-3days) and for long time stay it is too high priced. The only 2 things that we liked was the excellent far east restaurant ( yes we get a table after 45 minutes hard disscusion ) and the concert of dany brillant who is an perfect singer which was the reason for our stay here.

The worst ultra all inclusive hotel you can ever visit . The food as sooo bad , ordered nachos and guacamole, had to wait two hours in this a la carte restaurant, only to get half an avocado with a unbearable sauce on top . The tacos were so bad as well . There is no customer experience , no follow ups , no attention . I lost my sunglasses and they could not care less to try to find it . Everytime i try to speak with the customer service they say they will look into it and never reply . One of the worst hotels i have been in .

We stayed at Anda Barut Collection for 2 nights, and honestly, everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. The food was excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful at all times. The whole property was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very premium and relaxing. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. Everything felt well organized, from the restaurants and bars to the service and overall guest experience. We really enjoyed our stay and left completely satisfied. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back again!

The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel.

The resort was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with a very professional and welcoming team throughout our stay. Tuna at reception was especially helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with a warm and positive attitude. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten ein Kind mit einer Nussallergie dabei und mussten insbesondere bei bei den Essenssachen aufpassen. Beim Checkin haben wir das auch kommuniziert. Das Personal hat alles mögliche getan, damit unser Sohn nussfreie Desserts essen konnte! Fanden wir super!
