"Staff is very friendly "

"The place is in an awesome location, just dirty and if you want it to sleep 4 two people have to sleep on the couch. I pulled up the couch cushions to see if it was a sofa bed and it was so dirty. There was also stuff in the sink drains which I did not even use. Worst of all there was mold all over the shower curtain which I have pictures to prove.Sincerely, Dissatisfied "

"We were hosting our of town family for Thanksgiving and found this great, cozy cabin in the woods right near the Natchez Trace parkway. It was very clean and had everything we needed to host a Thanksgiving meal (except a big pot to make mashed potatoes 😉). The location was tranquil and close to hiking on the Trace. It was also convenient to Franklin and any store we would want/need. "

"we had the best time in the dreamiest sweeney cottage! location is perfect, we had fun at the winery & dinner at fox and locke. the house was beyond cozy and full of charm and history. can't wait to come back again!"

"Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The cottage was decorated beautifully and very clean. It was perfect!"

"The check in process is a bit strange as they want to meet you and talk to you, which can be arduous after a long drive. especially in the time of Covid. That being said, Wade was very personable. The amenities listed include a hot tub, however you have to read the fine print as the hot tub is not located on the property but in a retreat down the road, that has normal business hours so if you want to relax in a hot tub in the evening you are out of luck, had I known this I would have booked...

"We were in town for a family wedding and had multiple children and grandchildren stay with us who were coming in from various states. The property had plenty of space for the kids to play, a beautiful view and close proximity to gas station, groceries and play area. We spent a lot of time on the porch talking and napping. The weather was perfect We look forward to returning in the near future. "

"We really enjoyed the property! Its a quiet place, but close enough to enjoy Franklin, Liepers For, etc. The owners were great and made the stay easy!"
