"1. I loved the balcony/view 2. The rooms were nice, neat/orderly 3. The staff was spot on, kind and helpful; they were always willing and able to assist 👍👍👍 My only negative was the design of the hanging space for my ironed garments. There were only 2 hangers, and space to hang only two garments. However, overall I enjoyed my stay—nice!!"

"En realidad este hotel esta muy completo. La persona que me atendio cuando llegué fue muy paciente y me ayudo a que mi reservación estuviera lista. Lo malo es que cuando llegamos a la recamara, esta olia medio mal. Un aroma extraño y fuerte. El agua de la alberca estaba turbia. Las sillas para descansar en la alberca estan rotas y descuidadas. Es extraño que en el buffet desayuno que ofrece el hotel NO tengan fruta ( esenciales para un buen desayuno). Tambien sería bueno que incluyeran algún vegetal. En el estacionamiento es muy bueno tener cargadores para coches electricos (tengo un Tesla) pero lo malo es que son solo dos. Debería tener mas cargadores. Resulta que cuando llegué afortunadamente había uno disponible, porque el otro estaba ocupado por un coche que, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos (al otro día) seguia conectado al cargador!!!!. Debería exigirle a los dueños de coches electricos que no se queden pegados al cargador por un día completo para que los otros coches tengan oportunidad de cargar. En opinión favorable, el área del desayuno esta amplia. El baño del cuarto es excelente! El front desk y sus facilidades son de primer nivel. El lugar para estacionarse es amplio. Esta en muy buena ubicación. El servico al cliente es muy bueno....llegué por primera vez a este hotel por varias recomendaciones a los que les platique del Hotel Gaido ( que es al que iba) y quede muy complacido. Regresaré a este hotel y lo recomendaré. Trabajé en Small Luxury Hotels"

"We thought we were getting an "ocean view" but all rooms only have "partial" ocean view. We were very disappointed. There is no roll for the toilet paper, it's just sitting on a lower shelf under the bathroom sink; this is unsanitary. We had a "suite" with an extra section containing a sofa, table, and tv but no lamps! And why does one room need 2 tvs--there is also one across from the bed?"

"They had really good Wi-Fi you need to pay for the Wi-Fi I love her pregnant ways the pool is clean very clean and the breakfast was good I just wish they had more they mostly just have waffle makers and cereal and juice that's probably about it oh and Brad and jelly and a croissant but that was about it I wish they didn't have the eggs and bacon and stuff but they didn't but other than that it was good it was great it was awesome it was right next to the store go to the store without dirty in our car with sand. The people there work there were nice helpful. Did you have to pay $15 per day for parking that's something I did not like honestly I think they should have made it worried you could park there without making the pay just to get sticker showing that you have a room without making me pay for the sugar so $60 from mon through friday"
