"Great location. Very beautiful and comfortable. Offered discount for parking and had a place to store our bicycles overnight. The room was spacious and had good amenities. It is old so the floors squeaked in some places. The rainfall shower head was leaky and in need of replacement, but did not interfere with showering. Best of all was a small fridge and a fan. Would highly recommend!"

"Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. The stand out was the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and comprehensive. We dined each evening of our seven night stay. The range of food on the menu was impressive and the quality first class. Obviously a very accomplished chef. Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. They showed it was a happy place to work. I hope this review may encourage readers to enjoy a stay at this hotel as we have enjoyed. "

"Fabulous from start to finish! Welcome drink on arrival, early access to our room which was in the cottage, we ate in the restaurant, the food was very good, staff very attentive and lovely wines. Swimming pool was great and the sauna. Great location and will definitely stay again."

"When I booked this hotel I had no idea what to expect as I was ment to be going to Luxembourg but that hotel canceled on me so at the last minute I booked here as it looked so lovely. And I was not disappointed, I had no idea on the area or what to see or do. But once I got here the idea is to do nothing. Yes you can bike around or go on wine tasting but you can also sit and do nothing. That is what this place and hotel gives you. Peace and serenity. The staff are absolutely amazing and I need an extra night and they did their best to fit me in. I was so grateful. I did not taste the wine as I don’t drink but I saw many other visitors enjoying it. The breakfast was exceptional and just what you need to start up your day. The room and large and clean and have all you need to sleep and relax I was kindly offered a balcony room and that was just perfect for me. I could watch the world go by. I slept soundly and really enjoyed my time here. Will certainly come back. The manager (owner?) is second to none! Truly lovely lady. "

"We really enjoyed our brief stay in the dog-friendly Ferienresidenz Brauneberger Hof. The small town is very quaint with a superb walking path alongside the Mosel River. Our very comfortable room had patio access to the back garden for our dogs. The shared eating area and kitchen were exceedingly well-equipped. We would definitely revisit and recommend this hotel to others."

"The confirmation from Expedia said "check-in starts at 3:00 pm". We arrived at 6:10 pm, and there was nobody at the reception desk. There was a sign on the wall that said "check in 15:00 to 18:00". We did not know there was a 6:00 pm deadline for check in. We could not find anybody around, and no instructions for arrival after 18:00. And no communications from the hotel. I'm sure they must have known that there were more people with reservations that had no yet arrived. We came very close to just leaving and finding another hotel in town. In the end, we wish we had. Some people outside said to call the number for the hotel. I did and got and older woman who seemed very irritated that I had called, and surprised. She finally told me that there would be someone at reception again at 8:00 pm (20:00). So we went for a drive around town and went to the grocery store, and got gasoline, and got back to the hotel at 8:00 pm. There were about 25 people in the lobby waiting to check in. Two ladies were trying to do it together. One was going through a stack of printed reservations. Of course, everyone else was checked in before we were, at 8:45 pm. Parking lot out back was full of potholes. We finally got into our room, above the reception lobby, at 9:00 pm. We had been driving all day and were so tired. They were having some kind of disco party on the ground floor, people smoking and talking right under our window for hours. Not much sleep. Small room."
