"Upon arrival we were assigned a parking space in front of our room. Unfortunately, a guest staying in the neighboring room was constantly parked in our space which left us parked in front of the laundry/bathroom. I pointed it out to the front desk attendant but it was not resolved during our two day stay."

"First day they accused us of having a dog and wanted to charge us extra and on the last day they made us leave the premises at 10 AM"

"We understand that this property has changed hands several times and it currently shows with the lack of staffing and no food service on given days.There was no snack nor food items available. Having stayed here several times in the past it really has declined in the past experiences we have had there. Our room was clean and the accommodations fine but the rest of the area needed service especially at the front desk and departure."

I really enjoyed the tour I received from the cart driver (I totaly forgot her name, but I do remember she met her husband there and has been volunteering there for many years) She has a passion for the place and after the tour I could see why. Grounds had everything you would need to make your overnight stay or week long stay memorable and relaxing. "I stayed at Alpine Lodge for two nights and paid over $700 for what was advertised as a "Superior King" room. Don't be fooled by the name—this is essentially a regular, modest motel room. There is no reception desk. When you arrive, you can't even access your room until you receive a text or email with a link, complete the online registration, and then wait for the door code.
