"It's a quiet and peaceful stay, perfect for a short getaway, the room is spotless, also we got everything we needed there. Tim and his little helper, the Rottweiler are so friendly and enthusiastic. Overall is nice, would give them a 10 out of 10!"

"Great helpful and friendly staff"

"Perfect location, clean room, very spacious and complete with laundry and kitchen even if we didn’t use them because we stayed only for one night."

"All great, superb location"

"Excellent location. The host is awesome. Check in included a tour of the room, ammenities & an offer of help with our luggage. We went with the split level appartment which was great but you need to carry your bags up stairs. Location is close to the beach, shops & restaurants."

However, the decor and room overall were a bit dated, and the bed was too soft for us. The location was very convenient with cafes, restaurants and a grocery within walking distance. Staff were very nice, and check-in was easy."

"Great"

"Very helpful receptionist. Great location."

"We checked in after midnight and the late check in process was easy. We did have to call the property though as they did not reply to messages through Expedia. It did state in their information to call the property if checking in late. The property was walking distance to all the central attractions Christchurch has to offer. The bed was comfortable.
