terrible guys in reception, refused to acknowledge that we had an Expedia reservation, the guy was very rude. Rudimentary safety measures was not there at all.

Very badly maintained hotel with stinking rooms. Not at all clean. Not maintained properly.

Housekeeping & restaurant service not very good.

Location very good, right in front of the Ganges and a nice view from deluxe and super deluxe rooms. Restaurant food is OK and reasonably priced but the service is horrible ! Even after ordering 2 hours ahead, had to wait another hour after reaching the dining room at 1-30 pm while all the staff were busy in taking lunch themselves! There is no system of daily cleaning of room and change of linen maybe unless insisted upon.
