"We had a lovely stay. The space was clean and met all of our needs. The location was superb and the host offered many great recommendations during our stay. The space is on the top floor and there are two rooms. The first room is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large closet that locks. The second room across the hall is an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Both rooms do not have locks other than the large closet in the bedroom to put your belongings."

"Appartement liegt sehr zentral an einem kleinen Hafen. Innenstadt ist zu Fuss oder mit der Strassenbahn zu erreichen. Sehr viele Lokale im Wohnviertel. Sehr ruhig. Küche etwas dürftig ausgestattet. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. "

The dryer ruined a load of clothes I called Luc De Cleir and send him the pictures of the damaged clothing. His reply " never had this problem...nothing wrong with the dryer " He refused to pay the 384.34$ of damaged clothing He refused to reply on my claim He told me to contact my insurance I expect to be reimbursed by VRBO or Mr De Cleir AGAIN OUR STAY WAS GREAT NO...

"Excellent appartment. Spacious, good beds. Nice to have 2 seperate showers and toilets. What we didn’t like: the furniture 3 chairs) on the big terrace are completely finished. We set in one and the back kind of collapsed. They should be replaced as soon aa possible."

"The staff are nice and helpful. They allowed us to check in early if we joined as member. They also offer free coffee in the morning but there is no kettle in the room. You can only get water in the reception area. There is a free bottle of water provided for the 1st day. The location is great, right opposite from the central train station. It is close to all sightseeing area."

"Pros: I booked the double deluxe suite. Really nice room, everything I needed in the kitchen and a super comfy bed. The coffee in my room was nice feature. The staff are very friendly and I loved the lounge/lobby area. Free tea and coffee there too and nice quality. On my last day I hung out, read, charged my phone and had a beer while killing time before I left. Their lobby is prob one of the best Ive ever experienced. They have laundry facilities just off the lobby for those backpacking which I think is great. Aldi is right next door and there is a brewery and some other very nice bars nearby. I walked in and out of the city Centre every day with ease. Area felt very safe. I would 100% stay again. Cons: kitchens should be supplied with dish soap and cleaning cloth. The view from my room was bleak, and faced out onto a construction site. Construction on the Friday I was there woke me at 7am. Yust did provide me with earplugs but they fall out of my ears so I just had to get up earlier that day! The breakfast was a bit disappointing- I wouldn’t recommend purchasing for those with any dietary restrictions. Very limited options for vegans and vegetarians. First day I came down there was no fruit. Which I thought was odd. They don’t have bananas - so I started bringing my own! Hot food options for non meat eaters like me - scrambled egg, poached or boiled. Nothing else. "
