"Lots of room for the eight of us. Teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts. The kitchen was well stocked. Fun to take the trails along the river. Rose garden was beautiful. Only one tv and it’s small. We wanted to use our fire stick to watch the college World Series and that was challenging. Overall a great rental. We plan to try to book it again next year."

"Perfect little studio for visiting my daughter at UO. Host was very communicative/responsive. Great location down the block from a few restaurants and cafe. Hope to be back!"

"My sister and I are from out of town visiting our mom near by, we decided we didn't want to stay with her but visit and enjoy the fall feel and location. Our stay was so much better than a hotel. We had privacy and relaxation in the jacuzzi. The first night got to cook a nice meal in the beautiful kitchen. The upstair rooms were very comfortable, and the cottage offered every amenity."

"Our week stay on the McKenzie river in this lovely, very comfortable guest home ( king bed and pillows and linens were very nice!) was terrific! Tom was a fun host and the access to the river is an easy quick walk or drive. We loved all of the windows and the deck with new grill, and all of the nature surrounding us! Thanks again for having us!"

"This is a delightful place to stay. It is a very comfortable and cozy house to stay at. The beds and pillows were excellent, the heating/cooling unit worked well, and it was a very well stocked kitchen. It is a roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a very walkable neighborhood. The best part might be having Sweet Life Patisserie just a block down the alley. "

"If you like unusual properties, this is the place for you. Kind of like “glamping”, the host anticipates your every need and provides all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting, indoors and out. The bedroom is a beautiful yurt with all kinds of hidden perks. The bathroom is in the main building that is accessed across a lush garden, complete with a quiet stream and a fragrant rose bush. It is an authentic Eugene experience."

"We were given a room at the back of the property that backed to the mill race. The room was spacious and well designed. Parking was right in front of our room and very convenient for unloading and loading our luggage. We were give a room in the one story section and easy access for my husband who had oral surgery that day and also has mobility issues. It was clean, comfortable and just a pleasant stay for us during this time of resting before we started home today. "
