At first the building appeared to look like an apartment, but from the inside, there's a view across the cove of Rehoboth Bay. All the basic amenities were a available, helpful staff too. Great location, a short walk from Coastal Hwy.

The staff was so warm and welcoming from our first interaction to the last. The property itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The Bay is so beautiful and the individual patios and balconies provide the perfect space to enjoy sunsets. Parking was easy and set up nicely with a parking pass and ample space near your room. Restaurants and live music are within a few blocks walking distance and there are plenty of other attractions within 30 to 60 minutes drive. Highly recommend!! Thank you to JD and all staff at The Bay Resort.

The ladies at check in were great. And while i get this is a place near the beach, I paid a lot of money in October and the place really really really needs to have someone invest the money they make off it back into it. Its dated, dirty and the room was falling apart. All fine, but then charge people accordingly.

I loved the fact it was a motel for dogs, and the people were invited, everything was so animal, friendly and walking spots with bags provided or a game changer.. The staff is so friendly. Negative the kitchen could be stocked better, paper towels there were no washcloths , there is a two burner stove, but nothing to cook with I will be back and bring more people with dogs, hands-down the experience has been wonderful

They have upgraded the rooms since our stay last year, and it is so very nice. Everything was good with our stay..clean room, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the parking was easily accessible. Look forward to our next stay at Bay Resort.

Good location, allowed pets, no problems. This was there 3rd year there and they have made improvements. Can't beat the price during the season. AC was very noisy but discovered the room would stay comfortable if turned off for the night. We will stay there again.

Perfect spot, you have the best of both worlds. You're on the bay to do a little fishing and crabbing and only a few blocks away from the beach and other amenities.
