The main living area offers a fully equipped kitchen ready to handle any of your home cooking, hardwood flooring, a dining area, a large living room with ample seating, a kitchen island for additional seating, and a SMART TV. Extend your living space with the spacious balcony, or take advantage of the ocean views from your rooftop terrace. Offering 7 BR, 4.5 BA, tri-level single-family home with two primary suites, each with king beds, multiple decks, and a sitting room with a ping pong table. After a long day shopping, come home and enjoy the private saltwater 10x26 POOL! This has been the perfect house for families, groups of golfers, reunions, wedding parties, showers, crafty ladies' gatherings, scrapbook weekends, small businesses, or religious retreats, or just for a quiet vacation. You could lease this house for a weekend, week, or month and enjoy every minute of the comfortable and beautiful surroundings provided by the furnishings, appointments, and neighborhood.
LOCATION: In the heart of Dewey Beach, with Active nightlife, fine dining, Grotto's pizza and burgers, and ice cream within a few blocks, this location is ideal—park and walk. You have easy access to the beach, FREE nighttime beach movies, and beach campfires twice a week throughout the summer. Grab the Jolly Trolley at the end of Cullen St, only two blocks from the house, to ride into Rehoboth and visit the boardwalk, beaches, ice cream, and more fine dining.
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. six cars.
AMENITIES: A gas grill, SMART TVs in every bedroom, a washer and dryer, two outdoor showers, and a keyless entry code for an easy check-in process.

Loved our time at this property! The private pool was great! 2 minute walk to the beach. Loved how there was a beach cart, chairs and umbrella for our use too! Would rent this again!

4 Generation Family Beach week

The property was great. Well equipped, the pool was ideal for after the beach relaxation. Dead end street was nice for no traffic and we did not have to cross a road to go to the beach. We would rent this property again if we can get the group together again.

Family Trip to Dewey

This is a wonderful house with everything you need for a beach vacation. Well equipped and room for everyone. We had 16 people from ages 7 to 75 and never felt cramped. The beach was great, the pool was great, and being able walk everywhere was key. Great place to make family memories! We hope to make it back!

Perfect beach getaway!

Location is everything and this house couldn’t be in a better spot. Beach block & walking distance to everything Dewey & are both has to offer! The house was spacious, clean, and fully equipped to entertain families of any age. The backyard & pool were simply the cherry on top - honestly couldn’t have asked for a better beach rental if I tried. A+++

Family vacation

Our children and their families gather together annually for a beach vacation. This house really worked out well for us. Everyone has enough room yet there’s are spaces together and be all together to. It is close to the beach but has a small swimming pool that was great for the youngest children especially. The house is beautiful and the surrounding neighborhood is very nice to. Restaurants and shopping are within walkable distance. We had a wonderful time.

Larger than expected!

This is a really nice property. It is much larger than it appears in the photos. There are 7 private bedrooms plus an additional sofa bed and a daybed/trundle (which are in common areas). It has 4 decks including one on the rooftop. There were some minor repairs needed, but nothing that you wouldn't expect when renting a beach property late in the season. It is managed by a realty firm, so communications don't have that personal touch, but during the booking process the staff at Re/Max were very helpful. We really loved the pool!

Will book again & again!

This home was perfect for our family. There are 7 bedrooms which gave each of our adult children their own rooms with one left over for the grandchildren to sleep in - it had bunk beds - the others were queen or king beds. We really appreciated this. Most homes that sleep 14+ people have bunk beds or futons in half of the rooms. The main living area on the second floor was spacious and very nicely laid out. The kitchen was big and accommodated multiple cooks. There was enough storage/pantry space, and it was well stocked with all cooking/baking needs. There are 4 decks on this home and we used the one off of the main living area the most. The rooftop deck offers a beautiful view of sunrises/sunsets. The master suite on the top level offers a sitting area that is nicely sized and was much appreciated. The lower level offers a ping pong table, which was alot of fun! Everyone enjoyed playing. The washer and dryer were a blessing, as was the extra fridge on the lower level. We used it the entire week. I can't say enough about the pool. It was so nice, having 2 young children, to have a pool. Its a heated pool, and just that little bit of extra warmth was nice. Plenty of pool toys to play with. We were a 5 minute walk to the ocean. There were plenty of chairs/umbrellas to use and even a cart (with large wheels) to carry everything. Bikes were available, too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We highly recommend it.
