This terrific beach condo is in the heart of Dewey Beach, close to restaurants with award-winning crab cake sandwiches, delicious brunches, and sweet desserts. Rehoboth Beach, with its own boardwalk, dining, shopping, mini golf, and fun for adults and kids, is less than two miles away. Take a ride to Rehoboth on the Jolly Trolley; the shuttle stop is just steps away from the condo. The Tanger Outlet shopping is a short drive up Route One. You are also near several state parks, including Cape Henlopen and Delaware Seashore State Park. Try fishing, crabbing, state park activities for kids and families, kayaking, boating, hiking, golf courses, miniature golf, and tennis, all close by.
PARKING: There are two assigned parking spots in the garage. A parking permit is required, and the height restriction is 6'6". You will enter the south end of the building. Please plan accordingly if you have a roof rack or a large vehicle.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package. No pets and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
